how are you using (y)our language?

the narrator has nothing in it for you at all; his work- red hot for some- in what concerns you is as cold as ice; he speaks of you often, never to you.

if he demonstrates the tactics of colonialism, the complex play of relations which unite and oppose the colonists to the people of the mother country, he is only speaking that way so you will hear him.

colonial history seems to be synonymous with the history of oppression, the history of imperialist aggression and the governmental control of public opinion. in 2012 we will enter a new phase of history, at least for those who awaken in time.

(he bends language to new requirements, makes use of it.)
